Its generous 100 × 100 cm tunnel and robust 200 kg conveyor capacity enable efficient handling of large and heavy items, ensuring smooth performance in airports, customs facilities, and parcel services.
An ergonomic high conveyor design simplifies manual handling, reducing operator strain and accelerating inspection processes.
Powered by a 160 kV generator, the SDX 100100 HC delivers outstanding penetration and image clarity, even for densely packed cargo. Combined with the advanced HiTraX 3 platform, it offers exceptional image quality to support accurate threat detection.
The system achieves superior detection performance, with wire resolution down to AWG 40 and steel penetration up to 37 mm, providing precise identification of threats and anomalies. For added security, the SDX 100100 HC supports Smiths Detection’s iCMORE software, enabling automated detection of weapons and lithium batteries.
The HC model connects easily to external material handling systems and centralised image processing networks, ensuring operational efficiency across complex screening environments and allowing for seamless integration. Its modular design with common parts reduces maintenance time and cost, keeping downtime to a minimum.
